Easy , quick and tasty no guilt delicious potato wedges to treat your taste buds.


  • 3 large full starch potatoes
  • 2tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp mixed herbs
  • 2tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1tsp ground black pepper
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2

Cut potatoes into thick wedges. Toss the wedges with garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and herbs.

Step 3

Spread the wedges evenly on a baking tray with parchment - coated with olive oil.

Step 4

Bake the wedges for 30 to 40 minutes until tender and crisp.
