This recipe features a tangy and creamy sauce in which egg plants are cooked.
- 1 large egg plant sliced
- 1/2 Green Bell peppers
- 2-3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp red flakes
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
In a pan, add 2tbsp oil and saute the cumin seeds , followed by chopped garlic and onions. Now add chilli flakes, turmeric powder and salt. After a minute, add the yogurt and mix well.
Now move the mixture aside within the pan and place the egg plant slices. Keep turning the slices to ensure that both the sides are roasted well. Now blend the slices with the mixture.
Make a small spacing in the center of the pan and add the chopped bell peppers. Sprinkle some salt and allow to cook for a minute. You can serve this with hot rotis.
